  1. Hi
I am very unhappy with the services of Rain. I have sent numerous emails requesting assistance and no one gets back at me.
I am a new client and so far the service i have received has been poor. all i need is assistance as my sim card has no network. The support email is useless and the landline just rings always no one responds. I have wasted airtime and data trying to find someone to assist me.
If i get no joy today, i will be cancelling my subscription. I would rather pay the same amount to a provider who will give me good service
